Job summary

2U seeks a Senior Partnerships Manager to serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of university partnerships. You will build deep, trusted relationships with Dean/Provost-level leaders and drive partner satisfaction.

You will own portfolio health, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance while designing program enhancements with university stakeholders to unlock sustainable revenue and program success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing external clients/partners
• Strong negotiation, financial acumen, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced environment with a focus on measurable outcomes
