Job summary

Hollstadt Consulting is seeking a Global UKG System Analyst/Administrator in Minneapolis. The role covers PROWFM/TELESTAFF scheduling, time reporting, and payroll, with on-site/hybrid flexibility.

You will lead system analysis, design, testing, and production support for complex, union-driven environments, coordinating with Finance and multiple departments. You will act as the primary global admin, manage integrations, and ensure successful UKG deployments and ongoing operations for multiple

Qualifications

• Excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
• Strong system analysis and design skills.
• Strong system documentation skills (requirements, current and future state).
• Strong collaboration and facilitation with large project teams and end users.
• Experience supporting UKG PROWFM and TELESTAFF for complex, union-based organizations.
• 2-5 Years implementing UKG PROWFM and TELESTAFF scheduling and time reporting/payroll.
• 2-5 Years as a System Administrator for UKG PROWFM (Dimensions).
• 2-5 Years as System Administrator/Analyst for UKG TELESTAFF Scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Perform roles of UKG System Analyst, Global System Administrator, and Production Support for UKG TELESTAFF and PROWFM systems.
• Design, test, and approve UKG changes before production rollout.
• Collaborate with Finance and other departments on system solutions and changes.
• Provide UAT testing and validate configurations to prevent production issues.
• Manage global system changes and admin tasks for UKG scheduling, time reporting, and payroll.
