Qualifications

• Excellent communications, written and verbal.
• Strong system analysis and design capabilities.
• Solid documentation of requirements and future state.
• Ability to facilitate large project teams and diverse groups.
• Experience supporting UKG PROWFM and TeleStaff in complex environments.
• Multiple years deploying UKG scheduling, time reporting, and payroll.
• Experience as UKG administrator for PROWFM and TeleStaff.

Responsibilities

• Perform UKG system analysis, design, testing, and validation.
• Serve as Global System Administrator for UKG scheduling and payroll.
• Collaborate with Finance, project teams and departments on changes.
• Provide production support and issue resolution for UKG PROD/UAT.
• Coordinate with UKG support and IT for upgrades and integrations.
• Lead UAT, notice planning, and end-user communications.
