Job summary

On-Demand Group is seeking a skilled consultant to join our project team for UKG PROWFM and TELESTAFF rollout and production support. You will serve as a System Analyst/Designer and Global System Administrator across scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll modules, working with multiple departments including finance.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of hands-on UKG PROWFM/TELESTAFF experience in unionized settings and strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Strong system analysis and design skills.
• Strong system documentation skills (requirements, current and future state).
• Strong collaboration and facilitation skills; able to work with large project teams.
• Experience supporting UKG PROWFM and TELESTAFF for complex, union-based organizations.
• 2–5 years implementing UKG PROWFM (Dimensions) and TELESTAFF scheduling and time reporting/payroll systems.
• 2–5 years as System Administrator for UKG PROWFM (Dimensions) for scheduling, time reporting, payroll.
• 2–5 years as System Administrator/Analyst for UKG TELESTAFF Scheduling.
• Desired: experience as an E1 JDE Business/System Analyst.

Responsibilities

JDE Analyst

Job description

This consultant will be a key project team member for the UKG enterprise rollout effort and provide production support/break-fix for critical United Kronos Group (UKG) TELESTAFF and PROWFM scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll system(s). This consultant will help implement these above systems, while also supporting departments/users who are already using these systems in production. This consultant will perform the following roles for the UKG PROWFM and TELESTAFF systems:

1. System Analyst/Designer

2. Global System Administrator

3. Production Support – Break/Fix support

The consultant will be a key part of the project team to rollout UKG to various departments. In addition, they’ll support Finance and 4 additional departments who are already “live” and using these systems in production

Mandatory Skills:

• Excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
• Strong system analysis and design skills
• Strong system documentation skills (requirements, current and future state, etc.).
• Strong collaboration and facilitation skills; ability to work with large project teams, small groups, and individuals to discuss and trouble-shoot requests/issues; design system solutions and meet changing business requirements
• Experience supporting UKG PROWFM and TELESTAFF for complex, union-based organizations (e.g., cities, municipalities, etc.)
• 2 – 5 Years experience implementing/supporting UKG PROWFM (formerly Dimensions) and TELESTAFF scheduling and time reporting/payroll systems.
• 2 – 5 Years experience as a System Administrator for UKG PROWFM (formerly Dimensions) for scheduling, time reporting, and payroll processing.
• 2-5 Years experience as a System Administrator/Analyst for UKG TELESTAFF Scheduling.
• Desired Skills: Prior experience as an E1 JDE Business/System Analyst.

The projected hourly range for this position is $70 to $80.
