Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Lead Project Manager to plan, lead and deliver end-to-end turbine control projects. You will act as the primary customer contact from order receipt to commissioning, manage specifications, negotiate changes, and oversee budgets, schedules and risks.

The role requires 3+ years of multi-project management experience, a STEM/Management degree, and willingness to travel up to 50%. SAP experience is preferred, and a PMP is a plus. Relocation assistance is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Management from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing multiple (>10) projects concurrently.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for project kicks-offs, close-outs, and witness tests.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact from PO receipt through commissioning.
• Resolve specification issues and manage correspondence and updates.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and negotiate changes (price/delivery).
• Plan and control project budget, costs, invoicing, and receivables; promote change orders.
• Develop and maintain project schedule with milestones across functions.
• Lead project planning meetings and risk reviews; ensure alignment on goals.
• Provide direction to cross-functional teams and promote continuous improvement.
