Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Director to lead and grow our Treasury Technology offering within the Global Treasury Practice. You will shape the strategy, manage relationships with treasury technology providers, and drive technology-enabled transformations for large corporate clients.

The successful candidate will combine deep treasury tech expertise with strong leadership, business development, and client advisory skills to deliver measurable outcomes across advise, implement, and optimize projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, information systems, business admin or related field.
• Significant treasury consulting experience and knowledge of treasury platforms.
• Strong client relationship, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with modern treasury technology implementations and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, growth, and market positioning for the Treasury Technology offering.
• Lead client engagements and executive sponsorship of key accounts.
• Develop and communicate technology-enabled treasury transformation roadmaps.
• Mentor teams and collaborate across geographies to scale the offering.
