Job summary

Bank of America in New York seeks a Treasury Sales Client Officer (TSCO) to drive revenue and profitability for a portfolio of global and US Large Corporate clients.

You will collaborate with Corporate Bankers, Liquidity, Payments, FX, and Cards teams to tailor working capital and treasury solutions, largely delivered virtually, with travel minimal.

The role emphasizes client partnership, strong presentation skills, and proactive portfolio development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a comparable role i.e. TSA or TSO.
• Ability to travel at least 2% of the time. Most calling will be virtual in nature.
• Proven business development and relationship management skills with a corporate client set.
• Excellent verbal/ written communication and presentation skills.
• Proven negotiation and active listening skills with strong executive presence.
• Ability to foster strong partnerships within the core team and the ability to build sincere rapport with client contacts.
• Effectively manages competing priorities in an organized fashion while maintaining a consistent level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow treasury revenue across a portfolio of Global and US Domestic Large Corporate clients, across different Industry verticals.
• Partner with Corporate Bankers, Liquidity, Investment, Payments, Receivables, FX, Card, Trade & Service partners to deliver treasury solutions.
• Maintain an intense client focus and client partnership primarily delivered virtually.
• Deliver treasury expertise, thought leadership and a broad understanding of bank structure and the operational aspects of Global cash management products/services.
• Develop strong working relationships with all partners and share ideas within GPS Sales team.
• Own ad hoc projects.
