Carnival Corporation & plc and Carnival Cruise Line are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to own enterprise‑scale sourcing strategies for marine technical categories. Qualifications
- Degree in business, engineering, supply chain or similar.
- 5+ years’ procurement and strategic sourcing experience in maritime or asset‑intensive environment.
- Demonstrated success across global maritime supply chains and cross‑brand initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise‑scale sourcing strategies.
- Own and manage strategic supplier relationships to drive value and mitigate risk.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
- Lead bid evaluations and recommend optimal suppliers and contract structures.
- Advise leadership on sourcing strategies informed by market intelligence.
- Monitor market conditions and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Communicate complex insights clearly to secure executive sponsorship.
