Job summary

Amex GBT in the United States is seeking a travel operations professional to provide day-to-day support, assist with client service management, and help optimize programs through collaboration with clients and internal teams.

You will handle post-booking issues, implement new tools, generate ad-hoc reports, and troubleshoot rate display problems while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in travel management or related field.
• Full professional fluency in English.
• Experience with travel management systems (Egencia, Concur, Coupa) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support and answer general user questions (non-booking related).
• Create and monitor support cases for post-booking and program management issues.
• Execute site administration across multiple platforms to optimize client setup.
• Facilitate implementation of new tools and processes for travel operations.
• Troubleshoot issues with negotiated rates and preferred suppliers not displaying correctly.
• Generate ad-hoc reporting as agreed upon with client team and account management.
• Audit and analyze client travel program data to identify inconsistencies and develop solutions.
• Project Management on select initiatives to achieve established goals and deliverables.
• Maintain expertise in Egencia and Global Alliance Partner offerings and communicate product upgrades, functionality enhancements, and best practices to appropriate stakeholders.
• Advocate for clients internally with management, support teams, and product development.
