Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking a collaborative team member to provide day-to-day operational support and help enhance travel programs through focused project work. You will work directly with the Client Service Manager and client, advocating for clients while maintaining strong internal partnerships.

You’ll analyze travel program data, generate reports, and assist with tool implementations across a global environment, contributing to seamless travel operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in travel management, corporate travel support, or related field.
• Full professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong facilitation, documentation, status reporting, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and travel management systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and translate technical requirements for clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support and answer general user questions (non-booking related).
• Create and monitor support cases for post-booking and program management issues.
• Execute site administration across multiple platforms to optimize client setup.
• Facilitate implementation of new tools and processes for travel operations.
• Troubleshoot issues with negotiated rates and suppliers not displaying correctly.
• Generate ad-hoc reporting as agreed with client team and account management.
• Audit and analyze client travel program data to identify inconsistencies and solutions.
• Project management on select initiatives to achieve goals and deliverables.
• Communicate product upgrades, functionality enhancements, and best practices to stakeholders.
