Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group USA is seeking a Travel Manager to lead outsourced travel resource (OTR) programs and partner with internal teams to deliver strategic travel management solutions. You will influence traveler engagement, supplier performance, duty of care, and program success metrics while working with global portfolios.

This role requires extensive experience in account management and travel management, with strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of account management, consulting, and/or travel management experience.
• Experience navigating large organizations and complex stakeholder environments.
• Knowledge of international travel regulations, customs, and currencies.
• Experience with T&E reporting.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency with advanced Excel capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong project management capabilities and experience coordinating teams.
• Analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Self-starter who performs in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Reliable, high-speed internet connectivity to support core responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for OTR clients and coordinate execution across internal teams.
• Lead global travel program consolidation initiatives and accelerate traveler adoption.
• Partner with sourcing teams to optimize supplier agreements and drive savings.
• Manage strategic sourcing activities, including RFPs and supplier performance management.
• Drive performance and utilization of preferred airline, hotel, car rental, and ground transport suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
• Develop traveler safety and duty of care programs and reporting.
• Coordinate incident response planning with client risk management and security stakeholders.
• Create and execute stakeholder communication and engagement strategies.
• Support demand management and traveler behavior change initiatives.
• Implement and enhance small meetings management processes and spend optimization opportunities.
• Track, measure, and communicate travel program success metrics and benchmarking insights.
• Conduct satisfaction surveys and implement action plans from feedback.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment for Flight Centre employees.
