FCM Meetings & Events, part of Flight Centre Travel Group, is seeking an Event Travel Consultant for remote work in the USA. You will coordinate travel for event attendees, ensure policy compliance, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring Sabre GDS experience, strong MS Office skills, and knowledge of event travel management. You will collaborate with planners and stakeholders, manage reports, and support travel policy adherence to ensure flawless

Qualifications

Experience with a Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Sabre.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience in travel management, event travel, or corporate travel.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong data/reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate flight, hotel, and ground transportation bookings for event attendees.
Ensure travel arrangements comply with policies and deadlines.
Maintain accurate records in meeting management systems and reports.
Communicate with attendees and planners regarding travel details and exceptions.
Prepare and validate travel reports and manifests for accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event outcomes.
