Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Travel Agent or Coordinator.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of airline reservation and travel management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist with domestic and international travel bookings and arrangements.
• Verify travel orders for cost, availability and best routing.
• Prepare travel expense reconciliations and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with employees.
• Coordinate with facilities and other departments for travel logistics.
