International Medical Group is seeking an Inside Sales Advisor in Indianapolis for a hybrid schedule. The role focuses on answering calls, emails, and live chats to enroll new customers and support retention with high-level service.

You will market IMG products, perform needs-based selling, and maintain CRM records. Requires 2+ years in sales/customer service, licenses to obtain, and strong communication skills in English; bilingual is a plus.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of customer service and sales experience in an office, call center, or phone support role.
• Life and Health License and Property & Casualty License to be obtained.
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish, Mandarin, or French) but English fluency required.
• Strong computer skills with Windows PC applications and keyboard navigation.
• Ability to translate healthcare/insurance jargon into simple steps for customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including emails and live chats.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple screens and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and live chat from prospective customers.
• Promote IMG products and assist with quotes and portal applications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IMG products and the international insurance industry.
• Apply needs-based selling to identify customer and producer needs.
• Document required information in CRM systems and follow up on opportunities.
• Build relationships with producers and customers to sustain interest in IMG products.
• Meet performance goals for efficiency, call quality, revenue, and conversions.
