Job summary

International Medical Group is seeking an Assistance Coordinator, a Customer Service Representative, to deliver excellent service for travelers. You will handle inbound and outbound communications, answer benefit questions, update policies, help set up new claims and provide claim status.

The role begins in-office in Indianapolis during training with potential remote work after eligibility. Shifts range from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm; base pay $17/hour plus a monthly bonus up to 30% and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task across systems and dual monitors.
• Global awareness and culturally sensitive.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Capable of handling fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound inquiries with professionalism.
• Answer benefit questions and update policies.
• Help customers set up new claims and provide claim status.
• Document outcomes in the CRM system.
• Support holiday/weekend coverage and assist in special projects.
• Mentor new employees when asked.
