IMG (International Medical Group) is a world-renowned International Medical Insurance company seeking an Inside Sales Advisor to handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats. You will recommend IMG products, quote customers, and complete applications, while delivering excellent service to new enrollments and retention efforts.

The role is based in Indianapolis with hybrid schedules, a 9:00 am–6:00 pm day shift, and training at the Indianapolis headquarters.

Formación

• 2+ years of customer service and sales experience in an office, call center, or phone support role.
• Life and Health License and Property & Casualty License to be obtained.
• Multilingual preferred (Spanish, Mandarin, or French) but fluent English required.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and live chats from prospective customers.
• Market and sell IMG products with needs-based selling and consultative approach.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IMG products and industry trends.
• Use CRM tools to log calls and track opportunities; meet performance targets.
