Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Orlando seeks a Travel & Expense Manager to lead corporate and HOA travel and expense programs, ensuring policy compliance, controls, and provider management across domestic and international operations.

You will stabilize AMEX and PCard programs, partner with Finance, HR and operations, and guide a global team through a mid-2026 platform transition, in a hybrid office schedule.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of travel and expense systems, policies, controls and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to implement T&E automation and lead teams.
• Experience with multi-currency transactions and international reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate travel and expense policies, systems, and controls for global operations.
• Lead a remote/hybrid team and collaborate with regional stakeholders.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure program performance.
