Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Travel & Expense Manager to oversee our global travel and expense programs, ensuring policy compliance, cost control, and cross-border alignment.

You will partner with Finance, HR, and operations and guide a U.S.-based team in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment. The role focuses on stabilizing and enhancing AMEX and PCard programs, leveraging data-driven insights, and preparing for a platform transition mid-2026 to mid-2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Deep understanding of Travel & Expense systems, policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to implement T&E automation, lead a team, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience with multi-currency transactions, international reporting, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to operate across geographic regions and cultures with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate travel and expense policies, systems, and controls across domestic and international operations.
• Lead continuous improvement to simplify and automate T&E processes globally.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to evaluate program performance and drive cost savings.
• Lead and develop the T&E team, ensuring accountability and service excellence.
• Manage relationships with T&E vendors, associates, and business leaders; ensure service levels.
