Job summary

VERSANT Media in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Travel & Expense Management - Travel Planning to lead the corporate and production travel program, guide the TMC relationship, and set high standards for traveler service, policy compliance, and cost control.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Procurement, Security, and technology teams to align travel services with business needs, develop traveler resources, and drive data-driven improvements across air, hotel, and ground

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, Corporate and Production Travel Planning or travel management.
• Experience with online booking and expense management tools and travel data reporting is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the travel service-delivery model and act as senior escalation point for complex travel needs and policy guidance.
• Oversee the relationship with the Travel Management Company (TMC) including service delivery and SLAs.
• Establish standards for traveler profile onboarding and data accuracy in the booking platform.
• Plan and execute high-priority travel requirements including executive leadership and production events.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Procurement, Security, Technology to align travel services with business needs.
• Develop traveler-facing resources such as policies, SOPs, FAQs, communications, and training materials.
