Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Travel & Expense Manager to lead global T&E programs across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. The role focuses on policy, controls, vendor relations, and process improvements in a hybrid Orlando office three days a week.

The position requires 5+ years of T&E experience with supervisory responsibilities in hospitality, strong ERP and Excel skills, and collaboration with international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field.
• Deep understanding of Travel & Expense systems, policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience implementing T&E automation and leading a team.
• Working knowledge of global travel and expense practices, currencies, tax considerations, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and T&E software; strong data analytics capabilities.
• 5+ years of Travel & Expense experience with 3–5 years in a supervisory role in hospitality.
• Ability to collaborate with international stakeholders across regions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate travel and expense policies, systems, and controls to enable accurate reporting and compliant submissions.
• Monitor activity, resolve escalated issues, and enforce policy compliance across domestic and international operations.
• Lead continuous improvement to simplify, standardize, and automate travel and expense processes globally.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports to evaluate program performance and cost efficiency.
• Lead and develop the T&E team, promoting accountability and service excellence.
• Manage relationships with vendors, associates, and business leaders to ensure SLAs.
• Serve as primary T&E contact for SOX audits and regulatory compliance.
