Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, business, supply chain, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of progressive experience in Travel & Expense, travel ops, procurement, or shared services.
• Experience managing travel and expense programs in a large, complex org.
• Strong analytical, operational, and project management skills.
• Experience with Concur or similar T&E platforms desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and performance of the global Travel & Expense program.
• Oversee travel, expense, and corporate card ecosystems with governance and controls.
• Manage global/shared services teams and SLAs with regional applicability.
• Drive cost savings, supplier optimization, and contract governance.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for executive decision-making.
