Job summary
Clarivate is seeking a Manager, Travel & Expense Program to lead the strategy, governance, and optimization of the global T&E, corporate card, and transient travel initiatives. You will partner with Finance, Procurement, HR, Risk, Internal Audit, and external suppliers to ensure policy compliance and strong controls.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 7 years of T&E management, proficiency with travel software and booking tools, knowledge of risk protocols, and related certifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 7+ years proven experience as administrator of a global Travel & Expense program.
- Proficiency in travel management software and online booking tools.
- Knowledge of travel risk management protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Certifications such as CCTE or CTM are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize the global T&E, corporate card, and transient travel programs.
- Analyze travel, expense, and card spend to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve compliance.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and technology enhancements.
- Develop and maintain policies, controls, and procedures to support compliance and SOX requirements.
- Manage relationships with travel management companies, card providers, and vendors.
- Evaluate program performance through reporting and analytics for leadership.
