Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Experience managing corporate card, travel, and expense programs.
• Experience in call center or vendor communications preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages Travel & Card Payments Services Team to support programs.
• Ensures coverage and responds to employee inquiries about cards and travel systems.
• Partners with vendors and procurement to optimize contracts.
• Oversees configurations in Concur Travel and Concur Expense.
• Provides reporting on delinquent expense reports and training.
• Supports supplier enrollment campaigns and fraud risk monitoring.
• Provides ad hoc reporting for stakeholders.
• Monitors Kronos timekeeping for accurate hours.
• Leads special projects to pilot new Concur functionality.
