Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of relevant experience, 2+ in supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership, vendor management and communication skills.
• Experience with corporate card programs and travel/expense systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Travel & Card Payments Services team across N. America and beyond.
• Manage relationships with banks and vendors (BofA, Amex GBT, SAP Concur).
• Ensure SLAs, provide reporting, and optimize rebate opportunities.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Finance on vendor contracts and RFPs.
• Oversee Concur Travel/Expense configurations and policy alignment.
