Job summary
Talanto is seeking a Sr. Manager of Global Travel & Corporate Card Services to drive innovation and operational excellence across a 30-country program.
You will partner with senior leadership to keep travel and card services sophisticated, scalable, and competitive, blending supplier strategy, technology, and cross-functional relationships to shape the employee experience globally. You will lead global initiatives, optimize spend, and ensure policy adherence while collaborating with Procurement,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience managing a multi-country corporate travel program.
- Understanding of travel booking tools and corporate card programs.
- Demonstrated contract sourcing and supplier negotiation experience.
- Ability to partner with C-suite and global teams.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Lead global travel and corporate card strategy across 30 countries.
- Develop KPIs to measure cost efficiency and traveler satisfaction.
- Oversee TMC and corporate card operations, sourcing and contracting.
- Refine travel policies reflecting business priorities and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
