Pura is hiring a Senior Transportation Manager to lead domestic and international transportation across DTC, B2B, and retail channels. You will manage cost, service, carrier strategy, and network optimization for parcel, truckload, LTL, air, and ocean, partnering with IT, Finance, and Operations to drive efficiency.

The role requires 8–12 years in transportation/logistics with at least 5 years in leadership.

Qualificações

• 8-12 years of progressive transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• At least 5 years in transportation management or leadership.
• Experience managing high-volume, multi-carrier parcel networks and transportation technology.
• Experience with international transportation, customs, freight forwarders and regulatory requirements.
• Channel experience across DTC, retail/wholesale, 3PL and international transportation is preferred.
• CSCP, CTL, Customs Broker License or related certifications; Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute domestic and international transportation strategy and budgets.
• Optimize network across parcel, truckload, LTL, air, and ocean for cost and service.
• Own high-volume parcel strategy including carrier mix and last-mile.
• Lead rate-shopping strategy and carrier integrations with IT/fulfillment partners.
• Lead carrier sourcing, RFPs, negotiations, SLAs, and reviews with senior leaders.
• Manage international transportation, customs clearance, Incoterms, and duties.
• Oversee routing guides, OTIF/OTD, drop-ship requirements and retailer compliance.
• Govern transportation via Pura’s 3PL and fulfillment partners.
• Improve delivery experience, tracking visibility and ETAs.
• Develop forecasts and capacity plans for peak periods and launches.
• Monitor spend, invoices, claims, transit time, and KPI compliance to identify savings.
• Ensure compliance with transportation, customs, and hazardous materials rules; plan contingencies.
• Lead continuous improvement to transportation cost, service, and network performance.

Formação académica

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Master's Degree or MBA with a focus on international business or logistics is a plus
