Job summary

Acuity Inc. in the United States (CA HQ) seeks a Director, Global Transportation & Logistics Strategy to design and optimize the worldwide transportation network and our 3PL ecosystem. You will partner with commercial, operations, finance and trade compliance to drive service and cost efficiency.

You will lead a global team, implement Lean/Six Sigma, and steer negotiations with carriers. This on-site role offers a hybrid work model and exposure to strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in global logistics and supply chain.
• 5+ years in senior leadership managing global carriers/3PLs.
• Experience across Americas, EMEA and APAC.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year global transportation strategy across all modes.
• Oversee 3PL partnerships and KPI governance.
• Lead tech initiatives: TMS, visibility platforms, analytics.
• Manage multi-million dollar freight budget and cost targets.
• Build and lead a global logistics team.
