Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience leading transportation, logistics, or carrier management.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen to translate data into actions.
• Proven stakeholder leadership and communication across teams and partners.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation performance across service, cost, safety, and compliance.
• Set direction, governance, and cross-functional alignment to support commitments.
• Lead transportation strategy and performance management domestically.
• Own transportation KPIs: service, cost, on-time delivery, claims, capacity.
• Partner with Procurement to shape carrier sourcing and contracts.
• Collaborate with Warehousing, Planning, Finance and 3PLs to mitigate risks.
• Drive cost productivity, digital enablement, and process controls.
