Job summary

Unilever is hiring an Associate Transportation Manager, Ambient to oversee the reliable and cost-efficient transportation of ambient Foods products. You will partner with carriers, 3PLs and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery while advancing sustainability and cost-management goals.

You will monitor daily transportation execution, analyze KPIs, and support governance routines to identify root causes and implement improvement plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in transportation, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and carrier trade-offs.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day ambient transportation execution.
• Improve carrier performance, service reliability and cost management.
• Monitor KPIs like on-time performance and cost per pallet.
• Prepare performance insights and drive improvement plans.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and logistics for cost-to-serve.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve processes.
• Support safety, compliance and sustainability objectives.
