Responsibilities

• Manage the full life-cycle of language/translation projects assigned to you.
• Handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow project instructions and liaise with sales to clarify parameters.
• Establish and maintain relationships with contract translators and proofreaders globally.
• Coordinate with QA to ensure translations meet quality standards and instructions.
• Communicate issues or additional information to sales promptly.
• Research industries TransPerfect markets to stay informed about leaders and events.
• Investigate client complaints and work with QA/Management on systemic changes.
• Handle other special projects or duties as required.
