Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients via web, lists, referrals and directories.
• Create and maintain accurate CRM data for prospective clients.
• Make cold calls to prospective clients.
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with clients.
• Educate clients on translation process, rates, and timelines.
• Coordinate with production to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop industry knowledge to target opportunities.
• Perform special projects as needed.
