Job summary

Plexus Corp. is seeking a Transition Management professional to lead the Plexus Transition System across regions and market sectors globally. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive transition programs and projects that align with strategic objectives.

The role involves coordinating with Program Management and CFT, applying standardized processes, and ensuring consistent best practices across sites while controlling costs and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience preferred.
• PMI membership with PMP certification preferred.
• CLSSGB – Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• 5 years industry experience in an EMS or product company: business, operations, project management, technical or supply chain role is required.

Responsibilities

• Design transition project teams and lead wider teams for international programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support business development solutions and manage customer expectations.
• Apply project management tools, processes and SOPs to ensure flawless execution.
• Analyze quoted cost versus actual cost at the conclusion of the transition and document lessons learned.
