Job summary

Trulioo, the global leader in digital identity verification, is seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to join the Transformation Office. This full-time, remote role reports to the Chief Transformation Officer and collaborates with Product, Engineering, Operations, and more to drive execution and measurable outcomes using AI-enabled approaches.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project management, operations, or cross-functional delivery in SaaS/tech.
• Experience leading projects or workstreams with measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record of driving execution in fast-growth environments.
• Experience across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of assigned projects and workstreams.
• Break down work into structured tasks with clear owners and deliverables.
• Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and milestone trackers.
• Drive weekly execution cadences and escalate blockers as needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage scope changes.
• Monitor timelines and budgets; provide status updates to leadership.
• Support implementation of new systems and operating models.
• Track outcomes, drive adoption, and identify process improvements.
