Job summary

Trulioo seeks a delivery-focused Project Manager to join the Transformation Office. You will plan and execute projects and workstreams supporting transformation initiatives, reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, ensuring on-time delivery, proactive risk management, and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management, operations, or large-scale cross-functional delivery within SaaS, fintech, or technology environments.
• Experience leading individual projects or workstreams with measurable outcomes.
• Track record of driving execution in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience working across technical and non-technical teams.
• PMP certification and identity verification, payments, or regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of assigned projects and workstreams within larger transformation initiatives.
• Break down assigned work into structured, trackable tasks with clear owners and deliverables.
• Build and maintain project plans, dependency maps, RAID logs, and milestone trackers.
• Drive weekly execution cadences and follow up to keep stakeholders accountable.
• Escalate and help resolve blockers quickly to maintain forward momentum.
