Trulioo, a global identity verification leader, invites you to shape ongoing trust narratives across PR, thought leadership, and editorial platforms. You will own the storytelling voice and develop research-based insights from fraud and identity risk data to drive brand authority.

This role supports a hybrid model with part-time remote options for the right candidate, located in the San Diego area or willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• Strong narrative development and ability to build a public-facing story across multiple channels.
• Experience turning complex risk/fintech concepts into accessible content.
• Ability to manage editorial calendars, workflows, and partner with AI-assisted processes.

Responsibilities

• Build the story and own it where it needs to live: PR, thought leadership, and editorial cadence.
• Turn category language into messages that executives repeat and public audiences understand.
• Own the website narrative surface, beyond a simple features list.
• Generate original research and benchmark reports from company data on fraud and identity risk.
