Job summary

Trulioo Information Services Inc. is seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to join the Transformation Office to plan and execute projects that support our wider transformation initiatives, from planning through execution and stabilization.

Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, this role is hands-on and execution-driven. You will ensure work moves forward on schedule, manage risks, align stakeholders, and deliverables are completed, while collaborating with Product, Engineering,

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in project management, operations, or large-scale cross-functional delivery within SaaS, fintech, or technology environments.
Experience leading projects or workstreams with measurable outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com).

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end execution of assigned projects and workstreams within larger transformation initiatives.
Build and maintain project plans, dependency maps, RAID logs, and milestone trackers.
Drive weekly execution cadences and follow up to keep stakeholders accountable.
Maintain structured reporting on status, trackers, and milestones.
Support implementation of new systems, tools, or operating models and drive adoption.
