• 12+ years leading complex programs, enterprise transformations, or strategic portfolios.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• PMP, PgMP, or comparable certification.
• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional, multi-workstream programs.
• Ability to advise and influence senior executives and drive decisions across boundaries.
• Experience using enterprise‑authorized AI to support technical program management workflows.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted plans and data handling expectations.
• Strong financial and business acumen in portfolio delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across global Tech Centers, including strategy, planning, execution, adoption and benefits realization.
• Develop integrated transformation roadmaps with scope, milestones, risks, and delivery quality.
• Establish governance, cadence, and executive reporting for timely decisions and accountability.
• Align priorities with senior leaders and stakeholders; translate requirements into delivery plans.
• Lead change management and adoption strategies across regions with local requirements.
• Utilize AI capabilities to accelerate planning, risk synthesis, and executive reporting, ensuring data sensitivity compliance.
• Define and track success metrics and provide senior leaders with clear insights and options.
• Strengthen delivery capability by establishing standards, controls, and reusable practices.
• Mobilize globally distributed teams, clarify ownership, and drive accountability across boundaries.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance practices with human review.
