• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Strong client management and executive-level communication skills.
• Proven ability to structure and solve complex problems with analytical tools.
• High proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel for executive-level analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day planning, execution, and delivery of one or more strategic initiatives.
• Shape the transformation agenda with senior executives and business leaders.
• Demonstrate effective management and team-building in fast-paced environments.
• Structure and scope complex problems, develop hypotheses, apply analytical tools, and identify business implications.
• Identify opportunities to increase business value with proactive leadership.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships for alignment and buy-in.
• Communicate clearly to executive audiences, verbally and in writing.
• Facilitate collaboration across business units and technology teams.
• Negotiate and resolve conflicts to achieve project goals.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate transformation risks and track KPIs.
