Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Global Delivery and Transformation Lead to form and execute strategic roadmaps across Global Technology Centers. You will drive alignment, governance, and measurable outcomes with senior stakeholders globally.

Role requires seasoned transformation leadership, matrixed environment navigation, and the ability to deliver multi-workstream initiatives with a focus on adoption and benefits realization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading complex programs or transformations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• PMP or PgMP certification.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-workstream programs.
• Ability to influence senior executives and drive decisions.
• Experience using AI capabilities within program management.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across global Tech Centers.
• Develop integrated transformation roadmaps with milestones, dependencies and benefits.
• Establish governance, cadence, and executive reporting for delivery.
• Partner with senior leaders to align priorities and translate requirements into delivery plans.
• Lead change management and adoption strategies across regions.
• Leverage AI-assisted governance and ensure data handling compliance.
• Track adoption, delivery predictability and benefits realization; report insights to leaders.
• Strengthen delivery capability through standards, controls, and reusable practices.
• Mobilize globally distributed teams and clarify ownership across org boundaries.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance.
