Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant consulting experience with a top-tier firm or internal strategy team.
• 5+ years leading large-scale technology transformations in a global organization.
• Strong client management and executive-level communication skills.
• Ability to structure complex problems using analytical tools and develop solutions.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel for executive-level analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day planning, execution, and delivery of strategic technology initiatives.
• Shape transformation agenda with senior executives and business leaders.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and drive results in fast-paced environments.
• Structure complex problems, develop hypotheses, apply analytical tools.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and ensure alignment and buy-in.
• Communicate clearly to executive audiences, both written and verbal.
• Identify risks and proactively mitigate them across programs.
• Define and track KPIs to measure program success.
