Job summary

BD, a leading global medical technology company, seeks a Senior Director of Transfer Pricing to lead its worldwide transfer pricing function. You will shape strategy, policies and operating models across tangible goods, software and recurring revenues, working with senior Tax and Finance leaders from BD's global operations.

You will drive technology-led transformation, mentor a global team, oversee controversy and audits, and partner with legal, treasury and supply chain.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive transfer pricing or international tax experience.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. Section 482, OECD TP guidelines and global TP principles.
• Experience with software, SaaS, subscriptions or recurring revenues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve BD's global transfer pricing strategy, policies and operating model.
• Advise senior Tax and Finance leadership on TP risks and opportunities.
• Oversee TP documentation, controversies and audits across jurisdictions.
• Drive automation, analytics and data capabilities in TP processes.
