Job summary

BeOne Medicines USA is seeking a visionary Director of Global Transfer Pricing in the United States. You will lead the global TP framework, coordinate with Finance, Legal, Treasury and Commercial teams, and ensure TP policy reflects the company’s IP and value creation across jurisdictions.

You will oversee Master/ Local Files, CbC, benchmarking, and audit defense, while driving automation and analytics. Prior experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of transfer pricing experience in multinational or Big Four advisory.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Deep expertise in OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, BEPS, benchmarking, and global docs.
• Experience with IP, licensing, manufacturing, distribution, services, and financing transactions.
• Experience automating transfer pricing calculations and intercompany entries.
• Negotiating and supporting APAs and MAP proceedings.
• Experience defending transfer pricing positions in audits across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the global transfer pricing framework, policies, and governance standards.
• Ensure alignment between TP outcomes and business operations, IP, and economic substance.
• Oversee implementation of TP policies across jurisdictions.
• Lead preparation of Master Files, Local Files, CbC reporting, benchmarking, and audit-ready docs.
• Provide TP leadership for acquisitions, licensing, collaborations, joint ventures, and strategic transactions.
• Lead TP audit defense and controversy management globally.
• Drive automation, process improvement, and digital transformation in TP operations.
• Lead APA strategy, negotiations, implementation and compliance.
• Manage MAP and competent authority proceedings where appropriate.
