Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) seeks a Senior Director of Transfer Pricing to lead and evolve its global transfer pricing strategy and operating model. The role requires deep expertise in US and international TP rules, and it will drive transformations across manufacturing, distribution, software and recurring-revenue models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Tax, Business or a related field.
• J.D., LL.M., CPA, master's degree or other relevant professional credential preferred but not required.
• Typically 12+ years of progressive transfer pricing or international tax experience in a complex multinational environment.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. Section 482 and OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
• Experience with tangible-goods manufacturing, distribution and global supply chains.
• Experience with software, SaaS, subscriptions or recurring revenues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve BD's global transfer pricing strategy, policies and operating model.
• Lead transfer pricing controversy strategy with Tax leadership and external advisors.
• Oversee transfer pricing documentation and economic analyses for policy alignment.
• Lead automation, AI and analytics initiatives to transform pricing processes.
• Manage global transfer pricing team and governance across functions.
• Coordinate with Finance, Controllership, Treasury, Legal and Operations.
