BeOne Medicines Ltd. in the United States seeks a Director, Global Transfer Pricing to lead the development, governance, and execution of the company's worldwide transfer pricing strategy.

You will coordinate with Finance, Legal, Treasury, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure policy alignment with the global operating model and IP ownership. This leadership role covers Master Files, Local Files, Country-by-Country Reporting, benchmarking, APA and MAP activities, and global automation

Qualifications

• 12+ years transfer pricing experience in multinational corp or Big Four advisory.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Deep knowledge of OECD TP guidelines, BEPS, and global documentation requirements.
• Significant experience with IP, licensing, manufacturing, distribution and financing TP.
• Experience automating TP calculations and intercompany entries; APA/MAP exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the global transfer pricing framework and governance.
• Ensure TP outcomes align with business operations, value creation, and IP ownership.
• Oversee TP policies across jurisdictions and audit-ready documentation.
• Lead Master Files, Local Files, CbCR, benchmarking, and intercompany analyses.
• Provide TP leadership for acquisitions, licensing, collaborations, and JVs.
• Manage TP audit defense and controversy globally; drive automation and digital transformation.
• Lead APA strategy, negotiations, implementation and compliance; manage MAP proceedings.
