Job summary

PwC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to guide clients on transfer pricing matters, overseeing planning, compliance, and documentation across cross-border transactions. This role requires leading teams, coaching junior staff, and driving client workstreams while applying judgment and using technology to deliver timely insights. You will review deliverables and identify opportunities to strengthen service delivery for complex cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• CPA, Bar or other tax/finance credentials may qualify for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Leading transfer pricing workstreams from planning through delivery and final review.
• Advising on policies, documentation, and benchmarking for intercompany transactions.
• Managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets across client assignments.
• Guiding teams in economic analyses, financial models, and supporting schedules.
• Reviewing TP documentation, memos, and tax filings for accuracy and consistency.
• Coaching team members on TP methods, tax research, and client service execution.
• Building client relationships and responding to questions on international tax and TP matters.
• Identifying planning opportunities and tech applications to strengthen delivery.
