Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking a Manager for Global Transaction Analytics (GTA) to join our advisory practice. You will lead data-enabled, cross-functional due diligence and post-acquisition analytics across industries, guiding clients through pre-deal to post-deal insights while mentoring junior staff.

The role emphasizes collaboration, rigorous analysis, and the ability to communicate complex concepts succinctly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in data analytics or transaction services.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Admin, Statistics, Information Systems or related field.
• Experience with data extraction, manipulation, analytics and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead numerous client engagements.
• Effectively manage day-to-day client interaction and relationships.
• Proactively contribute to business development opportunities.
• Manage and prioritize team responsibilities and consult with senior members of the team across multiple deals.
• Work cohesively and collaboratively across stakeholders.
• Counsel and mentor junior members of the team and develop the team’s technical acumen.
• Proactively recruit, train, and develop junior staff members, including teaching training classes as applicable.
