Qualifications

• 10+ years in data analytics or transaction services.
• Experience in buy-side/vendor due diligence preferred.
• Understanding of M&A/PE investment lifecycle preferred.
• Proficient in data extraction, manipulation, analytics, and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead numerous client engagements.
• Manage and prioritize team responsibilities across deals.
• Mentor junior members and develop the team’s technical acumen.
• Recruit, train, and develop junior staff.
