Job summary

VXI Global Solutions is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver comprehensive training programs for all products and services. You will design lessons, conduct engaging sessions, and evaluate learning outcomes across teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong classroom management, excellent verbal communication, and the ability to adapt content for varied learners. Occasional travel and schedule flexibility are expected to meet client needs and training calendars.

Qualifications

• Facilitate training for new and current employees.
• Demonstrate classroom management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain performance metrics and blended learning effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Provide training for new employees under general supervision.
• Deliver product launch, up-skilling and refresher training to existing staff.
• Prepare lesson plans and relevant training materials.
• Coach for performance, attendance and behaviors with HR and Managers as required.
• Maintain records of training attendance, progress, and results.
• Communicate training progress clearly to leadership across the organization.
