VXI Global Solutions is seeking a Training Associate (Trainer) to facilitate and deliver comprehensive training across products and services. You will drive onboarding, up-skilling, and refresher sessions for employees, ensuring engagement and measurable outcomes.

As a key member of the training team, you will craft lesson plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with HR and managers to optimize programs. Strong communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Formación

• Facilitate training for new and current employees.
• Demonstrate classroom management and class control while multi-tasking.
• Maintain high levels of performance based on defined metrics.
• Evaluate trainees' performance with assessments.
