Job summary

CDM Smith in Sparks, NV is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a federal construction management system, both virtually and in person. You will train personnel, project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure they can use the new system effectively.

This role requires strong classroom facilitation, experience with software/training delivery, and the ability to support large-scale organizational change across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3 years of related experience; travel may be required.
• Domestic and/or international travel is possible depending on duties.
• Experience delivering software or enterprise system training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training in virtual and classroom environments.
• Follow approved lesson plans, course materials, and guidelines.
• Answer participant questions and provide guidance during training.
• Maintain effective classroom management and engagement.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate with Training and Program Managers on schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Gather feedback and assess training effectiveness for improvements.
• Represent the training team professionally with Government personnel and stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively across organizational levels and support adoption efforts.
